| To end the minutes silence |
I managed it! I managed to be up on stage in front of 2500 women without going to pieces. We guided them as a group through the warm up and the cancer slam dance and it was incredible. I have never experienced so much atmosphere in one field. It is such an incredible event but this is one I will never forget being up on that stage was just the biggest buzz and was well worth all the training that I have been through to get to where I am now. I recommend being a personal trainer or group exercise instructor to any one if this is where it leads.
